Softwisys Professionals Inc. is a privately owned corporation of co-operative partnerships organized as a professional corporation or limited liability partnership in three tiers:

• Founder and Partners are management principals responsible for developing the business and managing or working on projects and technical performance;

• Associates are senior to junior professionals responsible for leading or working on projects and technical performance; and

• Affiliates are independent contractors for special needs or representatives at locations outside Calgary.
